A V Dynamics, P.O. BOX 90220, San Bernardino, Ca 92427 Phone (909)887-4748, will provide the following video services for customer named above:
1. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. A V Dynamics (AVD) will produce a video in accordance with the Package selected. All video productions include editing with special effects and musical enhancements. Customer will provide music/photos for appropriate Package. Customer promises to maintain all portions of the production for personal use. The original tape(s) used to capture the activities of the event will remain the property of AVD. Editing will be done at AVD. Each package includes three VHS copies of the final product for the customer.
The Ultimate Two manned-cameras at Wedding ceremony. Pre-wedding & Reception highlights. A Personal Love Story. Reception-interviews with guests. Post production editing will also include up to 35 photos or 3 minutes of video clips of the honeymoon - titles, and credits. A copy of your unused unedited footage. 1 Deluxe DvD
Complete package Two manned-cameras at Wedding ceremony. Pre-wedding & Reception highlights. Post production editing will also include a product that includes titles, credits, and 1 Deluxe DvD.
Deluxe package -Two manned-cameras at Wedding. Reception highlights. Post production editing.
Wedding Only package - Two manned cameras at wedding. Post production editing.
Photo Montage package - Thirty five (35) Photos, 1 song "length".
Personal Love Story package - Baby years through Dating period, a two song "length" (50 photo) photo montage and up to four minutes of interviews of the bride & groom several weeks before wedding. Show at the Reception or include at beginning of final Wedding Video.

2. DISCLAIMER. Although it is AVD's goal to capture the best video scenes & audio possible, it is understood and agreed that AVD will not be held responsible for quantity or quality of video scenes or sounds which are restricted by, but not limited to, facility layout, rules, clergy, wedding coordinator, guests, and/or environment (such as lighting, acoustics, background noise and weather conditions).

3. PAYMENT FOR SERVICES. Customer will pay A V Dynamics $____________for these services. Payment shall be payable as follows:

4. TERMINATION. Customer may cancel the Balance Due by giving 30 days written notice before the date of the event (above). In the event of termination by the customer, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of termination by AV Dynamics, deposit will be fully refundable.
5. ENTIRE AGREEMENT. This Agreement contains the entire agreement of the parties. There are no other promises or conditions in any other agreement either oral or written.
6. SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.
